Our mezzanine capital is designed to help healthcare deals get across the finish line. We focus on providing flexible capital that supports transactions when traditional lenders slow things down or can’t quite get comfortable. Whether a deal needs a small gap filled or a more thoughtful structure to move forward, our goal is to keep momentum going and help sponsors and operators reach a successful closing.

Unlike many mezzanine lenders, we are not tied to rigid rules, preset credit boxes, or long approval processes. We look at each opportunity on its own and ask a simple, straightforward question: Does this deal make sense, and can our capital help move it forward? By focusing on the specifics of each transaction, we’re able to stay flexible and tailor solutions that actually fit the deal.

Because we’re not a large institution, we’re able to stay nimble and responsive. There aren’t multiple layers of committees or drawn-out approval chains standing in the way. Decisions are made internally by people directly involved in the transaction, which allows us to provide clear feedback early and move efficiently once a structure is agreed upon. This hands-on approach helps eliminate unnecessary delays and gives sponsors and operators the clarity they need to keep their deals progressing smoothly.

We don’t look at mezzanine lending as a box-checking credit exercise. While numbers and structure matter, we believe they’re only part of the story. Instead of relying strictly on formulas, ratios, or rigid underwriting templates, we take a step back and look at the full picture. How the deal is structured, how the business actually operates, and how the entire capital stack fits together. Healthcare transactions often require thoughtful solutions, not mechanical answers. If the fundamentals are sound and the deal has been carefully put together, we’re able to approach it creatively and structure capital in a way that makes practical, real-world sense.
